All Nuvara products are sold strictly for laboratory research, in vitro testing, and educational purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, food additive use, household use, or any therapeutic application. You acknowledge purchasing products solely for research purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors, product availability, or suspected unauthorized use. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, and approved payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts. All sales are final upon shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the address is accurate and accessible. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipment protection is included on every order — see our Shipping page for details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the research nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Damage protection is included with every order. See our Returns page for the full damage claim process and eligibility requirements.

All content on our website — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nuvara or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia.
