Reporting an Issue
Simple 4-step process for damage claims and replacements.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos showing the damage to the package, contents, or any visible issues. Include the shipping label if possible.
Email Support Within 7 Days
Send your photos and order number to support@nuvara.us within 7 days of delivery to ensure eligibility.
Receive Your Replacement
Once verified, we'll process and ship your replacement order within 1-2 business days at no cost to you.
Tracking Confirmation
You'll receive a new tracking number for your replacement shipment via email.

Things to Know
Why we don't accept returns of opened products
Due to the nature of research-grade peptides, we cannot resell or restock products once they've been opened. This protects researchers from receiving compromised products.
Damage must be reported within 7 days
Photos and a description of the damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement. Earlier reports help us investigate carrier issues.
Buyer's remorse is not covered
Returns aren't accepted for change of mind, ordering errors on the customer's end, or peptides that work as expected. Please review products carefully before ordering.
International orders may have different terms
Customs holds, international transit issues, and overseas damage claims may require additional documentation. Contact our team for specifics.
